About this position

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in business / management or related major.
  • At least 10+ years of total working experiences with strong solid sales FMCG exposure or retails sales both General Trade & Modern Trade.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
